We seem to be at a point in time where you are asking that free speech be banned. I strongly and firmly condemn that idea. I shall not be silenced.

We keep hearing that Islam is a religion of peace. Let me explain one thing that you may have overlooked. “Your actions are speaking so loud that I cannot hear your words.”
If you keep burning down my Lord’s Churches and Synogues, YOU are the ones asking for violence. You promote it. You murder anyone who disagrees with you. Well, I’ve had it. You have not proven to me that you have chosen peace.
I happen to know, for example, that it is okay in your religion to lie to someone who is not in your religion so that your treaties are no good. This is unacceptable. You also lie and murder amongst yourselves. Shame on you!
If you want us to listen to you, we have some demands:
Stop the honor killings.
Put down your swords.
Turn in the terrorists.
Pledge allegience to the western country in which you live.
Stop murdering.
Stop burning down Churches.
Stop burning down Synogues.
Stop killing Shiites and Sunnis respectively.
Put down the anger, pick up the dialogue.
Don’t ever attack our Pope again. You could find yourself dead in his defense.
Denounce Osama bin Laden, al Qaeda, Hizbollah, Hamas, and all terrorists groups that come from your religion.
There are too many differences dividing us which need not be there. You have created them, it is up to you to bring that wall down.
Tear down this wall.

Thank you. I know many Iranians, Iraqis, Syrians, Lebanese, Egyptians, Afghanis, Bahrainians, etc who have spoken out against the terror perpetrated against the Iraqi, Iranian, and Syrian people and NOT the dictators.
It just got to me when many people attacked the Pope, and the world lay silent. What is that? That is just as they reacted to Hitler. Historically. So they cannot tell me that it will not happen again. Not to the Jewish people nor the Christians.

What a funny response, just because there are muslims who break treaties this doesn’t mean that islam teaches this conduct. I mean didn’t the christian spanish inquisition persecute jews and muslims in spain, so does that mean christianity teaches this, i’m sure it doesn’t. So your reasoning that saddam broke treaties is very poor, plus i never said no muslims break treaties i said “islam” forbids breaking treaties.Muslims don’t always behave like good muslims are supposed to.
What hypocrisy, telling me to read your post before posting and yet it is you who clearly doesn’t read carefully before posting. If you had bothered to read my previous post carefully you would see i said “Islam forbids lying and breaking treaties, lying and breaking treaties is forbidden in the quran. Killing innocent people is also forbidden in the quran”. Where did i say muslims dont break treaties,i said islam forbids it. If muslims break treaties they are sinning, don’t christians ever sin. Also as you can see from the quotation above islam forbids killing innocent civilians so if saddam killed civilians then he was sinning. Here are quotes from the holy qur’an:
“For that cause We decreed for the Children of Israel that whosoever killeth a human being for other than manslaughter or corruption in the earth, it shall be as if he had killed all mankind, and whoso saveth the life of one, it shall be as if he had saved the life of all mankind. Our messengers came unto them of old with clear proofs (of Allah’s Sovereignty), but afterwards lo! many of them became prodigals in the earth.”(surah 5 verse 32)
and on treaties the quran says
“Excepting those of the idolaters with whom ye (Muslims) have a treaty, and who have since abated nothing of your right nor have supported anyone against you. (As for these), fulfil their treaty to them till their term. Lo! Allah loveth those who keep their duty (unto Him).” (surah 9 verse 4)
“How can there be a treaty with Allah and with His messenger for the idolaters save those with whom ye made a treaty at the Inviolable Place of Worship? So long as they are true to you, be true to them. Lo! Allah loveth those who keep their duty. (surah 9 verse 7)”
And this stupid idea that muslims don’t speak out against killing innocent people or any other injustice is again another fantasy of the non muslims. I believe it is wrong to kill innocent people like what happened in 9/11 or any other terrorist attack.
By the way didn’t jesus(pbuh)who you believe to be God himself say “”Stop clinging to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ?I ascend to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.?”
So according to this verse in the bible jesus(pbuh) himself had a God. Is this any way to teach you are God. We muslims believe jesus(pbuh)was a prophet, so for him to say something like this makes perfect sense. We also believe the bible has been corrupted, which has been proven by non muslims. Yes, of course Christians sin. On a daily basis! We are aware of sin, so we know when it occurs. Unlike others who have no faith, they can continue doing wrong and it does not bother them.
BTW, the Crusades were a defensive war for which the Muslims were trying take over the whole world.
It bothers me that people don’t believe in Jesus who is God, because they will not be allowed to enter heaven. I do not wish hell on anyone.
That does not mean that I will not accept them as people and children that God created. Everyone is precious.
I also understand that the people who do speak up are either threatened or simply not heard. They do not the groups like CAIR or the Muslim Brotherhood.
If you’ll notice, I even posted prayers for Iran! I write a lot about Iran and their efforts to gain democracy from within. I believe that would be the best thing for them. (If they do it.)

I am sorry i have insulted you, it was un islamic to respond the way i did. I was quite hostile in my replies although i did also hold back alot of anger in my replies. The reason for this is because i am fed up with the misconceptions and even lies spread about my faith by non muslims, who clearly haven’t studied the religion.
As for the crusades, which i didn’t even mention so i don’t know why you brought it up, these might have been defensive i’m not sure because i have little knowledge regarding the conditions of that time. But i hope your not trying to say christians have only fought in self defense because that is not true, not by a long way.
Finally you still seemed to be convinced that Jesus(pbuh) is God but you didn’t refute the verse of the bible i produced last time, which clearly indicates that jesus himself had a God.

Thank you for your softer tone. I really do appreciate it. I also can understand how you must feel with everyone trying to pull your religion this way and that way at the same time. In the meantime, most of them are wrong.
I understand this to be true within my own religion within our own people! I will try to approach with love and gently try to understand if they really meant what they said. Sometimes they say things wrongly, and I want to help them be better representatives of the Bible and God.
I understand it is difficult to grasp the concept of 3 in 1 when it comes to God, because the first commandment states clearly, “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Exodus 20:3.
It also states that we are to gentle in spirit, kind in word and deed, and merciful. However, it also says that we are to share the Gospels with others, at least those who want to hear. We are not to spend time trying to share with people who do not want to hear the message. That would be pushy and wrong.
In the Bible, in Genesis 1, it states, “Let US make man in our image” Gen. 1:26. This tells me that while there is only one God, He may appear in 3 forms. (The Trinity) The Father-who hates sin, the Son-who died and was raised again as the Lamb for sins so we would no longer be under sin but brought into the light, and the Holy Spirit-who is with us always.
Sorry, but I cannot write the whole Bible right now to show which verses. lol. I hope this is alright.

The concept of the trinity is not confusing to me i fully understand what you christians are saying, i just don’t believe it to be truly monotheistic, no offence. Also if God’s true nature was a trinity then why do the jews not believe in this. Didn’t God teach them this. I find it hard to believe that God who always taught mankind about his true nature(His oneness)through his prophets failed to mention to the jews that God literally has a son and God is a trinity.Once again this is not an attack on your religion, its just me trying to debate with you in a friendly way. Your welcome to use counter-arguments.Remember the jews themselves will say that they have never heard of a trinity or any concept like it.

Yes, it is true that the Jews do not believe in Jesus. They even tried to kill His followers after His death and resurrection. If you read the Old Testament carefully, they are still awaiting the Christ. Just as many Shi’ites are awaiting the 12th Imam (sp?).
It appears God has left a place in our hearts to seek Him. No matter who we are, no matter where we live. Otherwise, why would so many people seek Him and His word? Why would we try to be pure and holy? If there were no God, do not agree many people would be wild?! I know some of them are anyway, but that is because man has fallen from grace.
I am not going to point to some place in the Bible that specifically shows you where the Trinity is. To be honest, I searched for it, but I have forgotten where it is. I am ashamed of myself, but I must be honest about this.
Where do you live? Are you a student in Iran? Are you an Iraqi? I have many friends who are Iranian, Iraqi, Afghani, Bahrani, Egyptian, and Pakistani. This internet is one thing man has invented that has done much good in my life.

As for where i come from, well i’m a student from England of bengali descent. My parents come from bangladesh, which is one of the few muslim countries that are democracies. However democracy has caused divisions among the bengali people. Running up to elections there fights, people killing each other and each side attacking the political rallies of there opponents with e.g. grenades. Therefore i dont like democracy because it divides people into followers of different political parties that hate each other so much they kill each other. What i’m saying is i dont want democracy for bangladesh if it causes such divisions amongst my muslim brethren. I think killing each other over political differences is ridiculous, disgraceful and very sad.
In case you are wondering i’m a sunni muslim but we also await the mahdi although we dont say his the 12th imam. We also await the second coming of jesus(pbuh)to kill the evil Dajjal and bring peace to the earth and rule by the law of God. We dont think this rule will last forever like you christians do.

I agree with you that killing and divisions are very bad. We just had elections here, and my party lost to the other party. But there was not even one shot fired! I even wrote a contratulations article for them.
Young democracies need time to find their footing, just like everything else I guess. We must remember, however, that people who choose to murder and riot are choosing to do this no matter what reason. I still agree with and understand you.
I would not to my country and my family living like this. Maybe you could run for a political position, and teach your fellow countrymen what it is like to do things peacefullly?
My father always taught me that if I did not like something, then it was my responsibility do something to change it. Either that, or do it myself! LOL. He does not know what he has created! (just joking)
I would like to stay in touch. Not all Americans are ignorant. We do not hate Muslims. After 9/11, our Churches and Synogues were opened to many Muslims to protect them, just in case. CAIR is an institution that I do not like, but I will not cause them any harm. Neither will anyone else.
Why do I not like them? Their members (not all of them) have ties to terrorist groups. I do like good Muslims being made to feel they are under a threat that isn’t there, and I do not like to see good Muslims giving money to an organization they think is going to help the hungry-only to find out they gave it to someone to buy more weapons to cause more damage. It is not fair to these good Muslims.
I detest evil. It causes too much pain, death, destruction and chaos. I believe there is a force (Satan) that causes people to do evil. I will fight against that force always. No matter who it is hurting!
Bangladesh is a very nice place, so I have heard. I get emails from Radio Free Asia, and sometimes they have articles about Bangladesh. I do a lot of news stories. That is why I have not been a good women in my walk with God. I feel so ashamed, but I have written a new post asking for God’s forgiveness.
